نود إن ننوه إلى الغاء فقرة (تلتزم الشركة بمدة تنفيذ المشروع المحدد في الاعلان الا في حالة تقديمها مدة اقل من المدة المحددة في الاعلان ) التي وردت في ( ملاحظة / على مقدمي العطاءات مراعاة ما يلي :) وذلك لان مدة تنفيذ المشروع هي 365 يوم كونه مشروع صيانة وتأهيل وتشغيل

According to our letters numbered B/1509 on 22/7/2015 of announcement group (2) for 2015 of (6/governorate Divan) (project (Rehabilitation ,maintaining and operating stations , nets of heavy sewage and water rains in the Basra governorate center , regions of (Al-Ashaar ,Al-Rbaat ,Al-Maakel with center stations (126 stations)) within the allocations of operating budget
We would like to intimate you to cancel the section (the company is committed to project implementation time which is specified in announcement except in the case when presenting a time less than the specified time in announcement ) which is stated in (not/the bidder should take the following in to consideration :) because the time of implementation is 365 days because the project includes Qualification , maintenance and operating .
