تنويــــــــــــــــــه_الخاص بإعادة إعلان الوجبة (25) لعام 2015 Intimation re-announcement group (25) for 2015

إلحاقا بكتابنا ذي العدد ب/ 2312 بتاريخ 19/11/2015  الخاص بإعادة إعلان الوجبة (25) لعام 2015  مناقصة 1/10/ مجاري  مشروع(الاعمال غير منجزة لمشروع منطقة القبلة المتكامل(مجاري ،امطار ثقيلة ،بلدية) ضمن تخصيصات برنامج تنمية الاقاليم

نود إن ننوه الى:

1- تعديل الفقرة رقم (10) لتكون (في حالة اشتراك شركتين  في تقديم عطاء واحد لتنفيذ العقد تكون مسؤوليتها تضامنية تكافلية في ذلك لتنفيذه على أن يقدم عقد مشاركة مصادق عليه أصوليا مع العطاء مع تقديم كافة المستمسكات المطلوبة للشركتين ولا يقبل مشاركة اكثر من شركتين لتنفيذ المشروع)

2- اضافة الفقرة (يجب ان تتعهد الشركة او الشركتين التي سيحال لها العمل بالمباشرة بالتنفيذ خلال المدة المقرر في العقد الذي سيبرم واكمال الاعمال وفق جدول تقدم العمل ولحين اطلاق الاعتماد المستندي وحل جميع القضايا العالقة بخصوصه  

According to  our letters numbered B/2312  on 19/11/2015 of re-announcement group  (25)  for 2015 of  (1/10/sewage  ) (project of  the non-completed works for AL- Qibla completed project(sewage, water rain ,heavy sewage ,municipality ) within the allocations of regions development program

We would like to intimate you  that:

1-  amendment section number (10) to be (In case of  sharing two companies  in presenting a tender to perform the contract, both parties would be responsible for the project on the condition of presenting the joint venture contract would be issued with the bid and presenting all the required documents for both companies and no accept sharing more than two companies to perform the project   ) 

2-  addition the section  ( the company or (two companies ) that will be awarded should commit to implement during the time  which is  stated in the contract that will be made  and completing the works according to the work progress schedule till  starting documentary accreditation and solving  all the issue about it .
